1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the XP786 platform — whether through the website at xp786.fun or through the XP786 mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use XP786 and should not create an account.

These Terms apply to all users of XP786, including registered players, visitors who browse the site without an account, and anyone who participates in any game, promotion or event hosted by XP786. Using the platform in any capacity constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use XP786, you must meet the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not hold player accounts.
• You must be using the platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.

3 Account Registration

To participate in any paid games, sports betting or bonuses on XP786, you must create a registered account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full name, date of birth, contact number and preferred payment method.

You may hold only one account on XP786. Opening duplicate accounts — under your own name or under any other identity — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all related accounts being suspended. Any bonus balances or winnings associated with duplicate accounts may be voided.

• All information provided at registration must be truthful and kept up to date.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person.
• You must not allow anyone else to access or play on your account.
• You must notify XP786 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• XP786 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.

Account registration is free of charge. XP786 does not charge any fee for creating or maintaining a player account.

4 Deposits and Payments

XP786 processes all deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and standard bank transfer. Additional methods may be introduced or removed over time — the current list of active payment options is always displayed on the Deposit page.

Deposits are credited to your XP786 balance once the transaction has been confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times vary by method but most mobile wallet deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are reflected quickly. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are shown at the time of deposit.
• XP786 does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not in the account holder's own name.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed — contact support as soon as possible if you believe a deposit was processed incorrectly.
• XP786 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time through your XP786 account. Withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible. If that method is unavailable, XP786 support will work with you to arrange an alternative.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the Withdrawal page.
• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Bonus balances that have not yet met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• XP786 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframe displayed on the Withdrawal page, subject to verification status.
• XP786 reserves the right to carry out additional identity checks before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals.
• Withdrawal requests that are found to involve bonus abuse, fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms may be declined and the account suspended pending investigation.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

XP786 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free plays, cashback offers, seasonal promotions tied to Cricket and PSL events, and VIP-exclusive rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bonuses) and expiry dates are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• A player may not hold more than one active welcome bonus at the same time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred to another account.
• XP786 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. This will not affect bonuses already validly claimed and in progress.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated play or other means constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any related winnings.

7 Sports Betting Rules

XP786 offers sports betting markets covering international Cricket, T20 series, Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, Football and Esports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on XP786:

• Bets are accepted only when a market is open. Markets may be suspended or closed at any time, including during live in-play betting.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player unless the specific bet type permits cash-out.
• All bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event. In the event of a dispute, the decision of XP786 is final.
• Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the time of confirmation are the odds at which the bet is settled.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed or significantly altered before completion, XP786 will apply standard void rules and return stakes to the player's balance.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots or any third-party tool is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• Maximum bet limits apply and may vary by market, event and player account level.

XP786 reserves the right to void any bet that is placed in error, placed on a suspended market, or placed using information that was not publicly available at the time of betting (insider information).

8 Bingo and Gaming Rules

XP786 offers bingo rooms (including 90-ball, 75-ball and Speed Bingo variants), fish games, live casino tables and slots. The following general rules apply across all gaming products:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems. Results are final once confirmed by the system.
• Bingo tickets must be purchased before the game begins. Late entry is not permitted once a round has started.
• Fish game prize values are determined by the game's mechanics and confirmed at the time of play.

XP786 operates a four-tier VIP programme: Silver, Gold, Platinum and Elite. VIP status is earned through regular, qualifying play across the platform. The specific activity thresholds required to reach and maintain each tier are displayed on the VIP page and may be updated periodically.

• VIP benefits include enhanced deposit bonuses, higher cashback rates, priority withdrawal processing and access to exclusive game rooms.
• VIP status may be reviewed and adjusted based on ongoing activity levels. Inactivity over a defined period may result in a tier reduction.
• VIP rewards are non-transferable and for the account holder's use only.

10 Responsible Gaming

• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information at registration or during verification.
• Operating multiple accounts on the same platform.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or promotions through coordinated or deceptive play.
• Any form of fraud, money laundering or misuse of the platform.
• Threatening, abusive or inappropriate behaviour directed at XP786 staff or other players.
• Using automated software or bots to place bets or interact with games.
• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.

If your account is suspended, any real-money balance that is not related to bonus abuse or fraud will be handled in accordance with XP786's internal review process. You will be notified of the reason for suspension where it is appropriate to do so.

You may also request to close your own account at any time by contacting XP786 support. Self-requested closures will be processed promptly. Any remaining real-money balance after wagering obligations are resolved will be returned to your registered payment method.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the XP786 platform — including the XP786 name and logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, promotional materials and software — is the property of XP786 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute or republish any XP786 content without prior written permission.
• You may not use the XP786 brand, logo or name in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without explicit authorisation.
• Scraping, mirroring or automated collection of XP786 content or data is strictly prohibited.

13 Privacy

15 Changes to Terms

XP786 may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the contact details on their account, and the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Continuing to use XP786 after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.
